Union Lists of Periodicals is a catalog of more than 7 million journal titles and the libraries worldwide that hold them. This database can help you determine the correct title and ISSN of a journal that you need. It isn’t necessary to determine which library has that particular issue for interlibrary loan purposes, but if only a few libraries have it your chances of getting it in a timely manner are diminished.
