Think of this as Medline stripped down to just articles in Spanish. Medline indexes articles written in almost any language. This database is not produced by the National Library of Medicine, so I suspect it lacks the excellent indexing and abstracting that for which they are well regarded. I really don't see much use for this particular database at ONU unless you're looking for a full text medical article in Spanish.
